The 201Clicks dashboard is a quick summary where you can get an overview of how sales are going. It displays the total number of transactions per day along with the breakdown of new sales and subscriptions. This can be filtered further based on different time periods. Also, you can observe the refund and chargeback statistics on a per day basis. In addition to the numbers, the dashboard displays the amounts for approved, declined, refunded, and chargeback orders for the past three months.
Campaigns here are basically a replica of LimeLight CRM campaigns. But, this section comes with different setup and manipulation options, like configuring the offer URL for monitoring downtime for a campaign or setting up the shipment tracking feature for a campaign, etc.
The affiliate section is the option to group different affiliate IDs and sub-affiliate IDs under an affiliate network name associated with sales. The system pulls a list of affiliate IDs and sub-affiliate IDs from the order records per campaign, and you have the ability to assign a name to group them. Grouping the affiliate IDs helps you with accurate reporting, like sales by an affiliate or the affiliate performance report.
Orders are the replica of LimeLight CRM orders as well. Within 201Clicks, the system provides the ability to find an order in the orders section and view the details of the transaction. Some quick actions like refunding the order amount, canceling further subscriptions for that order, or flagging the transaction as a fraud or chargeback are possible on this platform.
Customers are the people who purchased a product from the offers. This section lists all the customers as synced from the LimeLight CRM. 201Clicks also displays all the existing orders for that particular customer in the customer detail screen. You have the ability to take some quick actions from this section as well, like canceling the active subscriptions for that customer.
Prospects are people who tried to purchase a product, but abandoned the process, so they didn’t become a customer. In 201Clicks, this section lists all the prospects as synced from the LimeLight CRM. But, 201Clicks offers a unique feature. It segregates the actual prospects vs. people who were prospects earlier, but purchased a product later from another offer and become a customer. Products are also synced from the LimeLight CRM initially. But 201Clicks offers some additional features in this section. You can assign a vertical AKA category to the product, like skin, health, etc. and can also mark a product as a trial. This helps with different reporting such as the trial conversion report, cancellation report, affiliate performance report, etc.
Sometimes it becomes necessary to create multiple instances of the same product in the LimeLight CRM in order to implement some complex business logic for the offers. In 201Clicks, you can easily group the duplicate products under a name that ensures accuracy in different sales reports. Moreover, the profit line can be analyzed on that particular type of product.
In the MID listing section, 201Clicks will automatically list all the Payment Gateways. LimeLight CRM never provides any API to do that. So, the MID names and the currency must be assigned so that when you are viewing your report, you can see currency wide sales if you have dealt with multiple currencies.
Mid Groups (Processor)
You can also group different MIDs under a particular name. For example, you can have multiple merchant accounts from a payment gateway, say NMI. You need to create separate gateways in the LimeLight CRM for each merchant account. Now in 201Clicks, grouping all those NMI merchant accounts under the name of NMI, you can see the sales under NMI at a glance.
Decline Reason Groups
When the transactions get declined by the payment gateway, the decline reasons generally carry a reference number at the end. 201Clicks will automatically form a group based on a certain pattern matching algorithms based on the actual decline reasons. You have the ability to manually group them as well. This grouping helps in easy analysis of the reports and easy filtering of the declined orders on certain tools in 201Clicks.

This tool is a free alternative of PingDom. PingDom has limited features. But the basic monitoring has advanced features for SSL Monitoring and DNS Monitoring. The Offer Monitoring section is capable of showing useful reports about the declined transactions. This report section provides different statistical sales reports based on date range, card type, affiliate, product, etc. You also have the option to see the currency wide sales if you are dealing with multiple currencies. In all these reports, you have different filtering options like selecting campaigns, gateways, different date ranges, etc.
This report section focuses on the reports that can help you determine how your offers are performing and whether they are becoming non-profitable. Chargeback, refund, and cancellation statistics based on a product or affiliate can help you determine which product is not performing well, which affiliate is sending junk traffic, or which customers are canceling the most.
Package Delivery Report
This report helps you track the delivery status of your shipments. Based on USPS, UPS, FedEX, Hermes, etc. shipment provider APIs, 201Clicks system is able to track the current status of a shipment and notify you accordingly if a delivery has been delayed and the rebill date has been adjusted automatically.
Advanced reports focus more on providing the statistics on which you can determine a future plan. This tool helps to import the chargeback data to 201Clicks and option to sync the chargeback data automatically with the CRM as well. The import and sync facility can be used for fraud marking as well.
