Longevity Meds is a telemedicine platform that enables patients to complete an online medical intake, receive evaluation from licensed healthcare providers, and access prescription-based treatment delivered directly to their homes.
CodeClouds worked with Longevity Meds to enhance and customize its existing telemedicine framework, developing a flexible intake and fulfillment workflow that connects patients, medical providers, CRM systems, and pharmacies.
The platform supports multiple pharmacy fulfillment models, including a Direct-to-Pharmacy (DTP) workflow where the medical provider platform manages the prescription and fulfillment process.

Requirements
Longevity Meds required a flexible telemedicine platform capable of supporting the complete patient journey, from online intake and identity verification through medical review, payment, order processing, and pharmacy fulfillment.
The platform needed to integrate multiple healthcare and business systems, including MDI as the medical provider portal and Vrio CRM for managing payments and orders. The solution also needed to support multiple pharmacy fulfillment partners, including The PharmacyHub and RxRoute, while accommodating the MDI Direct-to-Pharmacy workflow for RxRoute.
As the business continued to evolve, the client also required the ability to customize intake flows and introduce new medications and treatment programs without rebuilding the platform from scratch.
Challenges & Solutions
The project initially started with an existing framework that handled the core telemedicine workflow. As the client's requirements evolved, the entire patient intake experience needed to be redesigned and significantly customized.
Rather than replacing the framework, the team adapted and extended its underlying logic to support the new intake structure for different treatment programs while maintaining the existing platform capabilities.
The flexible workflow allows the platform to collect the required patient information, perform validation, and route the information through the appropriate medical review and order-processing stages.
The platform needed to coordinate information between the patient-facing application, MDI, Vrio CRM, and pharmacy fulfillment systems.
Each integration had different workflows and requirements, making reliable data synchronization and order processing an important part of the implementation.
We integrated MDI as the medical provider portal and Vrio CRM as the central system for payment and order management. This created a connected workflow between patient intake, clinical review, payment processing, and order management.
RxRoute required a specialized MDI Direct-to-Pharmacy workflow where MDI manages the medical and fulfillment process.
For RxRoute, we integrated the MDI Direct-to-Pharmacy workflow into the existing framework.
This allows MDI to manage the relevant prescription and fulfillment processes while the platform maintains the necessary communication and order-state handling across the connected systems.
Longevity Meds planned to continue expanding its medication and treatment offerings. The platform therefore needed to be flexible enough to support new medications, treatment plans, intake questions, and fulfillment workflows as the business grew.
The platform/framework we used integrates various supporting services and features seamlessly, such as the address validation and identity verification used to streamline the patient onboarding process.
Klaviyo and Vonage were also integrated to support automated email and SMS communications throughout the patient journey.
Results
The platform is now live and processing real patient orders through the connected medical, payment, and pharmacy workflows.
The client has successfully launched the platform and is currently processing live orders. With the foundation in place, Longevity Meds is planning to expand its medication offerings and continue growing the platform.
The flexibility of the customized framework allows new medications and treatment programs to be introduced while building on the existing platform architecture.
As part of the project, CodeClouds also helped Longevity Meds achieve its LegitScript certification within a short timeframe, supporting the platform’s readiness to operate within the required healthcare and pharmacy compliance ecosystem.
