Junior Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of this position will be to assist in generating sales leads to acquire new customers for web development, software development and mobile projects.
  • Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans).
  • Contact clients to understand their requirements.
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.
  • Report on the status of accounts.
  • Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly.
  • Work with Account Executives and Sales Team.
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers.
  • Focus on documentation of sales activity.

Junior Account Executive Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Junior Account Executive or relevant sales role.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Senior Sales Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of this position will be to generate sales leads and to close new customers for web development, software development and mobile projects.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategically target leads based on industry, competition, and need for websites and Internet marketing services.
  • Inbound inquiries need to be qualified and responded to professionally and efficiently.
  • Pitching new business, including introductions, setting up appointments, presenting evaluations and recommendations, and closing on qualified prospects.
  • Conduct web demonstrations, phone meetings, and on-site client presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level of expertise on all CodeClouds’ services and products.
  • Create and negotiate client proposals and contracts.
  • Conduct full sales cycle converting qualified inbound leads.
  • Closely collaborate with all our teams to drive maximum value and success with new clients.
  • Demonstrate great communication skills. Must be skilled at listening, communicating, and presenting and can find the best fit between the client and our development services.
  • Passionate about client relations and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
  • Focus on documentation of sales activity.
  • To understand, quantify and synthesize the technical needs and challenges of your prospects and guide them to the right solution before bringing in a business analyst.
  • Dive into client reported issues and determine the root cause.
  • Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues.
  • Detail oriented, must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently.

Account Executive Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Must be an aggressive sales individual who can pitch and close.
  • Experience in web development and software development sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of lead generation and sales activity.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the changing Internet technology landscape.
