We’re a web development company looking for experienced SDRs who can build meaningful relationships with clients and prospects. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in sales within the area of web development, software development or mobile app development and the ability to pitch new business and close on qualified prospects in order to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a sales related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Programming or other Information Technology experience is not required, but is a huge plus.
  • Conduct web demonstrations, phone meetings, and video client presentations.
  • Be familiar with introductions, appointments, evaluations and recommendations, and the closing process.
  • Conduct a full sales cycle to convert qualified leads.
  • Check into and follow up on client issues, finding the root cause and ensuring their needs are taken care of properly.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills- good listener, good presenter. Find the best fit between the client and out development services.
  • Ability to properly qualify and understand the technical needs and challenges of the prospects and present them with the right solution before bringing in a business analyst.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of lead generation.
  • Ability to learn about our products and services, as well as the industry.
  • Adept with technology, ability to learn about some of the more technical sides of our services and convey them in more layman’s terms to clients.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the ever changing Internet technology landscape.
  • An energetic team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Be able to collaborate with all of our teams to drive satisfaction and success with the output for our clients.
  • Be able to identify and develop new opportunities and target leads based on competition, the industry, and their need for websites and other services we provide.
  • A passion for client relations, and a focus on improving client experience.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple requests concurrently.
  • Be able to create and negotiate client proposals and contracts.
  • Efficient problem solving skills.
