Experience

5 Years Minimum (Design), 1 Year Minimum (Team Lead)

A Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Web Development, or Computer Science
Prior experience leading HTML development teams is necessary
Skilled with programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and InDesign.
Ability to incorporate client’s marketing/informational content into a functional website design
Be able to make professional quality banners, flyers, layouts, brochures, flash animations, and logos.
Experience with HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript, and responsible coding practices.
Experience with front end CSS frameworks in a production environment.
Experience with HTML or GUI design software

Skills & Abilities

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Be able to complete work with little direction or oversight
Knowledge of usability guidelines and web standards
Strong creative design skills and experience
Ability to come up with creative solutions within a fast paced development environment
Ability to understand and work with technical applications
Ability to work on international projects
Ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with high quality results
