Lead Front End Developer Job Opening

We are in need of a Lead Front End Developer to fill a job opening in Kolkata. A good candidate would have 5 years of experience with design, and 1 year of experience with leading a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Incorporate client’s marketing/informational content into a functional website design
• Utilize your knowledge of usability guidelines and web standards
• Strong creative design skills and experience
• Come up with creative solutions within a fast paced development environment
• Be able to understand and work with technical applications
• Work on international projects
• Balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with high quality results
• Adapt quickly to new technologies, techniques, and project requirements
• Make professional quality banners, flyers, layouts, brochures, flash animations, and logos
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them as needed
• Be an energetic team player with a strong work ethic and good disposition

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Web Development, or Computer Science
• Be able to complete work with little direction or oversight
• Prior experience leading HTML development teams is necessary
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Skilled with programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and InDesign
• Experience with HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript, and responsible coding practices
• Experience with front end CSS frameworks in a production environment
• Experience with HTML or GUI design software
